Megan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Starlite group of companies.  She leads an experienced team of accountants and is involved in all levels of the Group to achieve efficiency and productivity using the latest advances in technology.

Megan joined Starlite in 2018, as Group Financial Controller, establishing a centralised accounting team in the Mauritius office.  Her excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, combined with her fresh approach to reporting, has enhanced the business decision-making process and continues to add essential value to the growth of the Group.

Megan was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa.  She attended the University of Cape Town and completed a Bachelor of Business Science in 2009.  She obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting in 2010 and went on to complete her articles with KPMG in 2014.

She was admitted to the South African Institute of Chartered Accounts in 2014 and thereafter worked in various business sectors, including the Retail, Manufacturing and Insurance industries. Before joining the Starlite team in 2018, she held the position of Group Financial Director for ICE Insurance Group in their Mauritius offices, a diverse international group, standing her in good stead for her appointment as Group Financial Controller for the Starlite Aviation Group.
